Claims that should be reported to us directly fall into three types:

Your insurance company does not have a 24/7 claims center (these companies are not listed in the directory below)
You want to discuss a claim matter with us before you turn in your claim
Your claim involves a specialty coverage such as professional liability, error and omissions insurance, employment practices liability, directors and officers insurance, fiduciary liability or IT/Internet specialty coverage
