800-564-9669 www.fhiap.oregon.gov	Family Health Insurance Assistance Program Working together to reach uninsured Oregonians! The Family Health Insurance Assistance Program, or FHIAP, helps thousands of Oregon families pay the monthly premium for high-quality, private health insurance plans.
800-542-3104 www.ophp.oregon.gov	Office of Private Health Partnerships Family Health Insurance Assistance Program (FHIAP): This program helps uninsured, income-eligible Oregonians pay the monthly premium for private health insurance. Small Employer Plans: OPHP designs low-cost health insurance plans for uninsured small businesses. Two such plans are available to eligible businesses - a low-cost plan for adults and a comprehensive plan just for children. Education/presentations: The office trains insurance producers, employers, civic organizations and other community partners on a variety of state programs for uninsured Oregonians as well as changes in state insurance law.

OMIP was established by the Oregon Legislature to cover adults and children who are unable to obtain medical insurance because of health conditions.
